Location: Tamworth, NSW
THE OPPORTUNITY
COULD THIS BE YOU?
We are looking for a motivated person who enjoys working outdoors in a wide variety of roles and places. You will be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team providing high level construction outcomes for the community to enjoy.
The Construction Operator Can Be Responsible For
Operating a range of plant and equipment e.g Backhoe, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Excavator (<20t), Truck, Roller, Tractor with associated implementsKnowledge of engineering infrastructure construction and maintenance techniques Following procedures and processes Working with minimal supervision Working effectively with others Monitoring and maintaininhg a safe workplace

Salary range: Grade 7 - $1,151.80 - $1,246.30 per week plus superannuation & allowances for a 38 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake a Pre-employment Medical Screening including Alcohol & Other Drugs Testing.

The Construction Operator Can Be Responsible For
Operating a range of plant and equipment e.g Backhoe, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Excavator (<20t), Truck, Roller, Tractor with associated implements
- Hold a Certificate III in Civil Construction OR related field OR equivalent experience
- WHS General Construction induction Card
- Ability to operate a range of heavy plant
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Proven ability to contribute to positive team culture
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision whilst applying great time management skills
- Current HR Class Drivers licence
