Pay: $37.56 per hour + super + discounts
In This Role, You Will
Goodstart Early Learning Tamworth Brisbane Street is a purpose built, 66-place centre set in a leafy residential area of Tamworth, offering educators a well-resourced and engaging environment to work in. With thoughtfully designed indoor learning spaces and spacious outdoor areas that support play-based learning and sustainability, the centre provides a positive and inspiring workplace.
You will join a supportive and collaborative team that values quality practice, strong relationships and professional growth. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, educators are supported to deliver meaningful programs with a strong focus on school readiness, creativity and inclusion, while building genuine partnerships with families and the local community.

In This Role, You Will
- Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre's attendance pipeline
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform key business administration tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families
- Work a roster of Mon 8.30am-3pm, Tues 8.30am-3pm and Thurs 9am-1pm (negotiable).
