About The Role
Ready to make a real impact and have fun doing it? We're on the lookout for experienced Support Worker to join our Community Access team. You'll be empowering people with disability to live life on their terms—whether it's building independence, joining community activities, or simply being a friendly face they can count on.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include
Community Integration –
Help clients stay active and engaged through tailored, person-centred programs.
Life Skills Coaching –
Support clients in growing their confidence and capabilities in areas they love.
Personal Care –
Provide respectful and compassionate hygiene support.
Behaviour Support –
Use positive strategies to meet individual needs and follow behaviour plans.
Family Communication –
Keep families in the loop with progress updates.
Transport Duties –
Drive clients to and from programs in our Sunnyfield van.
Admin Tasks –
Keep accurate progress notes and records.

You're a natural helper with a big heart and a bigger smile. You thrive in a team, love bringing good vibes to work, and know how to balance fun with professionalism. You're creative, organised, and genuinely passionate about making a difference.
What You'll Bring
Experience
in the disability sector is a must!
Confidence supporting
high needs clients
and behaviours of concern
PEG feeding experience is a must!
Experience with
dementia
is desirable
Willingness to assist with personal care
Resilience, empathy, and a can-do attitude
Integrity, honesty, and a whole lot of positivity
This is a permanent part time position, you must be available for a mix of sleep overs, day shifts and weekends.
