Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team in Tamworth, Australia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Receive and unload goods from suppliers, ensuring proper handling and storage
• Maintain accurate records and invoices for all incoming and outgoing stock
• Participate in regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients picking up orders
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment at all times
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks as required
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in record keeping and invoicing procedures
• Ability to perform physical labour tasks and lift heavy items
• Effective problem-solving and time management skills
• Collaborative team player with strong communication abilities
