- Competitive salary, SCHADS Level 4 - $44.58 to $47.97 per hour (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) + shift loadings & super (12%)

- Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality, safe services to vulnerable people in the community
- Coach and mentor, providing on-the-job training and guidance
- Inspire a skilled and diverse team, using your expertise to manage performance and provide support
- Ensure effective service delivery by managing administrative processes, including accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping
- Proven advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence and positive interaction skills across diverse communities
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and performance manage teams in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation and decision-making skills
- Track record of building teams with clear goals, fostering innovation and collaboration
- Commitment to a person-centred approach for vulnerable individuals
- Experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and/or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded
- Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential)
- Availability to work between 6am-10pm for at least 3 days per week

Compliance Requirements
- Current NSW Driver's licence
- Obtain and maintain a current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Obtain and maintain a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
