Join Us as a Clinical Support Officer!

Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

You will play a key role in keeping our Palliative Care Department running smoothly. From administrative support to coordinating appointments, your work will help ensure patients, staff, and families have a seamless experience every day.

Day to Day

  • Provide administrative and clerical support as directed by the Nursing Unit Manager
  • Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal departments and external providers
  • Support rostering, timesheets, and workforce systems
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of clinical supplies
  • Respond to enquiries from staff, patients, and families with professionalism and empathy
